The people we choose to work with are such an important part of creating our pieces. We have an internal code of ethics that allows us to vet suppliers. This guarantees our suppliers share our values when it comes to issues like fair working conditions and ethical practices. As part of our Responsible Design Roadmap we will be creating a formal document for our suppliers to sign, enhancing and solidifying our current agreements. This will be externally published for transparency.
We see each of our suppliers as collaborators, and understanding where and how they work is crucial. We have personally met all of our suppliers and our team does regular visits to facilities. This means we feel confident releasing garments that have been created responsibly and to a high standard.
