Mother's Day giveaway - terms + conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Jac + Jack Pty Ltd whose Instagram handle is @jacandjack. The "Prize" refers to 5 x $500 vouchers for use in Jac + Jack stores and online.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This giveaway open on 24.4.23 and all entries must be received by 11.59pm AEST on 7.5.23. Five (5) winners by Jac + Jack Pty Ltd, on 8.5.23 and the winner will be notified via email on this date. ​

The giveaway is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand, with five (5) winners chosen based on the quality of their entry as deemed to be the most creative, by Jac + Jack Pty Ltd.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition, nor are the individuals featured in the giveaway campaign creative assets.

To enter the giveaway, each entrant is required to fill out their contact details in the entry form (found on jacandjack.com/pages/mothers-day-giveaway) and nominate a mother in their lives, describing in 25 words or less what they love most about that person.

While not mandatory, if an entrant submits their Instagram handle they are consenting for Jac + Jack Pty Ltd to share their response on the @jacandjack Instagram page. Those who don’t submit their Instagram handle will be consenting to have their answers shared anonymously.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​

By entering this competition, you are consenting to receive marketing emails from Jac + Jack to the email address provided.​

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Jac + Jack’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The decision in relation to the winner as made by Jac + Jack Pty Ltd is final.
