Valentine's Day giveaway - terms conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Jac + Jack Pty Ltd, whose Instagram handle is @jacandjack and Grandiflora Sydney, whose Instagram handle is @grandiflora_sydney. The "Prize" refers to:

• A Grandiflora floral arrangement valued at $350
• A Grandiflora fragrance discovery set valued at $70
• A Jac + Jack cashmere jumper (Bard or Beckham Sweater) valued at up to $450

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @jacandjack and @grandiflora_sydney on Instagram.
• Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post who deserves a little luxury.
• Multiple entries are permitted, but each comment must tag a different friend.

Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents only.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of The Promoter or Grandiflora, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

Competition Period

• Entries close at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, February 9, 2025.
• The winner will be randomly drawn and announced via Instagram on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Conditions

• The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
• If a Prize component becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address within Australia.
