Our website now allows you to view stock levels of the product you are interested in for each of our six stores. To access this information, simply click or tap the STOCK IN STORE tab in product details. The image below shows where this is located on the product detail page.
If you choose not to use our returns portal, you must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. JAC+ JACK cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
Please allow up to 7 days transit time.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
Upon receipt of returned goods, JacandJack.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Please note that Mark Down and Promotional Sales are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 3-6 days to arrive. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
During Sale periods at Jac+ Jack it may take a little longer to deliver your order.
JacandJack.com does not offer Saturday delivery.
Free shipping applies to orders $150 AUD and over.
JacandJack.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or company observed holidays.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on JacandJack.com, the package will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you accidentally enter a PO Box or APO/FPO as your shipping address, we will need to contact you to obtain a non-PO Box or APO/FPO address, and this will delay your order being processed.
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.
If you feel the decline was in error, please retry with same card, or use another payment method.
Unfortunately, we are not able to edit the items in an order once the order has been placed. To try to cancel an order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org but due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.
We fulfill from our six physical stores across Australia. Because of this, from time to time, products for an order will be shipped from more than one store. When this is the case, you will receive a shipping confirmation email for each package.
On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please sign up to receive a back-in-stock notification on the product page, or make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
